I was lucky enough to be invited to join the Como Chingas 2013 Rubicon trip. Two days camping on the the Rubicon trail is what I call a vacation! There were five vehicles total: Three FJ’s and two 4Runners. See below for my photos from the trip.

Rubicon Trail is one never ending slab of granite and massive boulders. If you expect to get a break, this trail doesn’t have any.
With all the smoke from the nearby fires the sunset was unreal.
